Monday’s best bets on TV include:

“Houdini &Doyle” is a new mystery drama series that follows master illusionist Harry Houdini (Michael Weston) and Sherlock Holmes writer Arthur Conan Doyle (Stephen Mangan) as they grudgingly team up to investigate crimes with a supernatural slant. 9 p.m., Fox.

In the tense Season 7 finale of “NCIS: Los Angeles,” Sam (LL Cool J), Callen (Chris O’Donnell) and the team rush to San Francisco to deal with a hostage situation at Aiden’s (Tye White) military school. The perpetrator is Tahir, Sam’s arch enemy. 10 p.m., CBS.
